This just made our day @kelsieheemskerk! Such a yummy delicious idea. Could eat this any day of the week 🥗

Ingredients

Bacon
Bread, sourdough or white would be best
Lettuce, any mixed greens
Cheese, or Parmesan (shaved)
Eggs
Made with Kombucha Honey & mustard dressing

Method

  1. Boil the eggs and butter the bread and cut into chunks.
  2. Chop up the bacon and start to fry off the bread and bacon together till they crisp up.
  3. Layer up on a serving plate, lettuce, cheese, bacon and bread and egg (once cooked, peeled and chopped)
  4. Drizzle dressing over the top! 🥚🧀🥬🍞

NOTE this salad would also be delicious with chicken or added quinoa and cous cous.
