PACKED full of flavour and so so simple, these guys will have you sorted for any occasion.  (Thank-you @kelsieheemskerk for this yum recipe!!)


800g pork mince
1 cup Panko crumbs
3 tbsp Made with Kombucha tomato relish
1 Apple, peeled and grated
1 egg
Sesame seeds
6 sheets puff pastry, defrosted


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line 2 baking trays with baking paper or grease with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a bowl add the pork mince, Panko crumbs, tomato relish and grated apple.
  3. Give a good stir through.
  4. Evenly portion out the mix onto all 6 sheets of pastry so you create a long ‘sausage like’ shape on the end closest to you. Then roll up into long rolls.
  5. Cut into desired shape and place on baking tray.
  6. Whisk your egg in a small bowl or cup and brush the egg wash over the cut up sausage rolls.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and place in oven for up to 45 minutes, depending on temperature of oven.
  8. You can pull them out once crisp on the outside and cooked through the middle.
