@nourishandflourishsyd shared her weekend morning with this easy but super yummy breakfast pizza!! Fried eggs, avocado, melted brie cheese and a sprinkle of Dukkah on wholewheat pita bread, then warm in the oven for 10 mins and served hot!

Ingredients

2 eggs, cooked to your liking
Brie cheese
Condiment: Kombucha Garlic Aioli & Sweet Onion Relish
Sprinkle of Dukkah
Wholeweat Pita Bread
Avocado 🥑

Method

  1. Cook your eggs to your liking
  2. Pop eggs, avocado, dukkah on wholemeal pita bread with Aioli and Sweet onion relish
  3. Warm in oven for 10 minutes & serve.
